The Firm represents and counsels individuals, executives, start-up entities, boards of directors, non-profits and existing businesses in structuring new business ventures; drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; purchasing and selling businesses; developing and reviewing business plans and corporate governance procedures and controls; and understanding and complying with business law issues.
 
ENTERTAINMENT LAW AND CONSULTING
As a deal maker, the Firm represents artists, producers, songwriters, production companies, bands, management companies, comedians, event planners, record labels, promoters, stylists, film directors, film producers, authors, investors, and other entertainment talent or servicing entities in business and strategic planning, contract drafting, review, negotiation, brand development, intellectual property protection (including trademark copyright and infringement), corporate sponsorship, and as outside general counsel in other entertainment related legal and business affairs.
 
LITIGATION
Whether on the offense or defense, the Firm advises and represents clients involved in existing or threatened civil suits involving contractual disputes; personal injury; and for existing clients, certain domestic relations matters regarding familial disputes, divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, child support, guardianship, adoption, wills and trusts.
